Competitions & Challenges
For those looking to show off their skills, there are several competitions & challenges at the Calgary Golf Show. Each competition and challenge comes with the opportunity to win great prizes such as green fees, stay & play packages, and golf equipment! The Long Drive Competition is perfect for those who think they can whack the ball further than anyone else. If you don’t have the swing speed for belting the ball a great distance, try the Closest to the Pin Competition, the Chipping Challenge, or the Long Putt Challenge.

Prize Patrol
Watch out for the Prize Patrol! They are on the loose and are armed with thousands of dollars worth of great prizes. This includes green fee packages, golf equipment, and golf vacations. Prizes will be given away in a variety of ways such as trivia challenges and other fun challenges that will get your competitive juices flowing. Prize examples include:
- Golf Vacations (stay & play packages)
- Green Fees (public, private, resorts, etc.)
- Golf Equipment
Junior Clinic, Face Painting & Balloon Artist
For the junior golfers in your family, we have several fun activities planned! On both Day 1 (Saturday, March 16) and Day 2 (Sunday, March 17), there will be a Junior Clinic from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. The Junior Clinic will take place on the Driving Range and be led by PGA of Canada Golf Professionals.
There will also be Face Painting and a Balloon Artist on-site from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm each day in the Junior Area on the Show floor.
As a reminder, admission is FREE for kids ages 12 and under so you can truly bring the whole family!
